Estevan Carlos Benson is a fellow a part of the CDU-UCLA Dana Center for Neuroscience and Society (2026-2027); and interdisciplinary artist, poet, sound designer, and composer based in Los Angeles, California. His work addresses technology, culture, and creative exploration through custom built tools. 

Over the years, he has worked in a variety of musical forms. During 2020, he was commissioned by The Recording Academy (an institution of The Grammys) to create a presentation about the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the music industry. He has also performed live visuals for acts such as Erykah Badu, and he has created interactive, musical installations. 

As a teaching artist, Estevan regularly offers workshops and presentations. He has presented at the Louise and William Greaves Seminar, workshops at the Art Center College of Design, and has an upcoming workshop on experimental poetic processes at The Poetry Society of New York.
